The contestants introduce themselves by performing a song in groups of three to five contestants. Producers are in charge of who goes to the highly coveted I-LAND and who is sent to GROUND. Only 12 can make it to I-LAND. Who will they be?

The 'Signal Song Test' requires the ILANDERS and GROUNDERS to perform 'Final Love Song'. The team average will determine how many contestants will manage to stay in I-LAND. Can the girls leave their competitive nature aside and work together as a team?

The contestants have to form two I-LAND and two GROUND teams for the 'Seesaw Game'. The I-LAND team with the lower score will be expelled to the GROUND. The first eliminations will also be taking place.

In this I-LAND VS GROUND test, I-LANDERS and GROUNDERS both form 3 teams: Vocal, Dance, Creative. Everytime GROUND wins, 3 people from I-LAND will be expelled to GROUND, meaning a maximum of 9 contestants can leave I-LAND. After the mission, 2 contestants will be eliminated from GROUND.

The unit battle continues. The GROUND Dance performance and the dance unit results are revealed. The two creative units battle it out with a performance of 'Rain on Me'. The two lowest scoring contestants from GROUND are eliminated.

The final test of part 1 (the 1:1 position battle) begins. The I-LANDERS battle it out to perform a new original song 'IWALY'. The winners of the 1v1 are chosen by the producers to move on to part 2. The other 6 contestants, along with the GROUNDERS will wait to be voted into part 2 by the viewers.

Out of the 14 contestants who weren’t selected by the producers, only 6 of them can proceed to part 2. Who will make it through and who will be one of the eliminated?

Contestants have to show that they can pull off The Black Label's music style in the first mission of part 2, 'The Black Made Test'. Meanwhile the number of members in the debut group is finally revealed.

The contestants compete in four units; vocal, rap, dance, and performance as part of the 'Main Position Test'. The girls' athletic ability is tested when a surprise guest comes over to I-LAND.

In the last test before the final, the contestants are split into two teams and are asked to plan and direct their own performance with the freedom to choose their song, members, and stage design. After the performances, 2 contestants will be eliminated based on the viewers' votes.

The grand finale has arrived! The contestants are split into two teams to perform the newest original songs, 'Drip' and 'Fake it'. The final members of the I-LAND 2 debut group are revealed.
